Following are our prices in ISK for accommodation in summer 2012:
Summer 2012 from 15th of May to the 30th of September:
All prices include value added tax but not the new tax the government is planning to add on our prices. We still don´t know how they are going to do that. Breakfast is not included but the price is 1.600 ISK. We will not serve breakfast for less than four people but we will offer a breakfast tray to leave in the refrigerator for one to three guests. There is a 10% discount for travel agencies off the accommodation. Guests have access to a kithcen at their preference. Children 6 years and younger have a free sleeping bag accommodation on a mattress. Children under 10 years old pay half a price for breakfast. If a family room is reserved with either three or four rooms it is supposed to be fully paid.
We will expect our guests to arrive at the guesthouse no later than nine o´clock in the evening as checkin time is from 3 o´clock to 9. If, for some causes there will be any delay, the guests have the obligations to notify the host. It is also important that tourist offices give the phone number of the guesthouse to the guests as well as the phone number of the guests when reservation is made in order to his/her availability to get in touch in case of a delay. We would appreciate if guests can arrive to Brekkugata 8 as there is a doorbell that is forwarded to our phone. We offer an accommodation in two houses and we are not always able to give, in an advance, the exact address which makes it more important for both guests and the host to have the ability to contact each other.
